Test and publish
How to check that your game works with the SDK, submit it for review and follow it once it's published.
To upload games your account needs creator permission. You can request it in My games; an administrator reviews it.
1. Prepare the submission
In Upload game fill in:
- Files: the game's .zip or folder.
- Listing: name, controls (a short sentence), description, hashtags and content warnings.
- Logo: PNG, JPG or WebP, square, at least 128 × 128 px. Your game's colors in the feed are taken from it. Its maximum file size is shown in Upload game.
- Cover: your game in the background, slightly darkened, or a portrait MP4/WebM video of up to 15 seconds of gameplay. The video plays without sound, and its maximum file size is shown in Upload game.
- Rights: tick the box confirming that the game is yours or that you have permission to publish it.
2. Test it before submitting
Tap 🧪 Test before submitting. The tester opens privately (nothing is published) with your game inside a simulated feed, between two other games, and the cover exactly as it will look. Play normally: the checks tick themselves as the SDK reports each thing.
Required checks
- The SDK is connected
- Reports when gameplay starts (
gameplayStart) - Sends the score (
sendScore) — or, if your game has no score, tick “This game has no score” - Reports when gameplay stops (
gameplayStop) - From the menu, swiping up goes to the next game
- From the menu, swiping down goes to the previous game
- When leaving for another game mid-play, it freezes
- When coming back, “Tap to continue” appears
- When tapping, the game continues
Optional checks (only if your game uses ads)
- Asks for an ad between runs (
break) - Asks for a rewarded ad (
reward) - Keeps playing after the ad
In the tester, ads are always shown when your game asks for them (a test screen with a countdown), so you can check how your game reacts.
When you pass the required checks you'll see “All good!”. The result is saved and the administrator sees it with your submission.
3. Submit it for review
- An administrator tests the game and checks that it meets the requirements and the rules.
- You'll get an email when it's approved (with their comment, if they leave one) or rejected (with the reason).
- If it's rejected, fix it and submit it again from My games.
4. After publishing
- Game dashboard: in My games, tap 📊 Dashboard to see its statistics (views, runs, players, time played…), its technical sheet and its version history.
- Rankings: if your game sends scores, players see its rankings (today, this week and all time) with the Top button in the feed.
- Updates: send new files, listing, logo or cover. The current version stays published until the new one is approved.
- Visibility: you can hide your game from the feed and publish it again whenever you want.
