This page explains what HypercasualGaming does with your data. In short: we only keep what the site needs to work, we never sell it, and you can delete your account whenever you want.
HypercasualGaming (hypercasualgaming.com) is run by Juan Manuel Almahano Castañeda, Spain, as an individual, not as a company. For anything about your data: privacy@hypercasualgaming.com.
Your account data stays until you delete the account, and then it is erased. The detailed score history used by the 24 h and 7 day rankings is deleted after a few days; your best score and your games stay while your account exists. Server logs are kept for a short time, for security only.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to a particular use, by writing to privacy@hypercasualgaming.com. You can also delete your account yourself in Settings. If you think your data has been handled badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
You need to be at least 14 years old to have an account, the age set by Spanish law. If you are younger, ask an adult to write to us and the account will be deleted.
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for small things like your language, the sound button or your best score in a game. Advertising cookies only exist if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the menu or at the bottom of this page.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and important changes are announced on the site.
