You must be at least 14 years old, give a real email address and look after your password. One person, one account. You can delete it whenever you want in Settings, and we can close it if you break these terms or the publishing rules.
Your games stay yours. By publishing them here you allow us to host them, show them in the feed and use their name, logo and video to promote the site, for as long as they are published. You promise the game is yours or that you have permission to publish it, and that it doesn't contain anyone else's copyrighted material.
The publishing rules are part of these terms. Every game is reviewed before it goes live, and anything that breaks the rules can be rejected, hidden or deleted, and repeat offenders blocked. Any user can report a game, a profile or a photo from the site itself.
The site is free and lives on advertising. Games may show an ad between runs, or an ad you choose to watch in exchange for something inside the game. A reward never gives score, so the rankings stay fair.
The site is offered as it is: it can fail, be down for a while or lose data, and the games are made by their creators, not by us. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or a game published on it. This does not remove any right you have as a consumer.
These terms follow Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live and use the European online dispute resolution platform.
